Please download and fill in the student information form below, get it printed (after you copy and paste a face pic on it), sign and submit it to me on Oct. 12 during our meeting at 7.00pm in the Lang.Lab (ED-K1.1). The lang. lab. is on the first floor in the building next to the Faculty of Letters.
